1. OPA364IDBVTG4 Substitution Conclusion
Direct substitution is not recommended. The OPA364IDBVTG4 differs fundamentally in its quiescent current of 1.1mA (29 times higher than the original part) and its gain-bandwidth product of 7MHz (17.5 times higher). While it significantly outperforms the AD8613 in dynamic performance (speed, bandwidth), this comes at the cost of drastically increased system power consumption, completely negating the "ultra-low power" (38µA) characteristic central to the original design. This substitute is only suitable for applications prioritizing speed over power efficiency. For the original design that selected the AD8613 specifically to extend battery life, this substitution is not viable.
2. ISL28130CEZ-T7 Substitution Conclusion
Substitution requires careful evaluation and is likely unsuitable. Although the ISL28130CEZ-T7 offers a lower quiescent current (20µA) and exceptionally low input offset voltage (5µV), its critical drawbacks are a high input bias current of 250pA (1250 times the original) and a low output current capability of only 15mA (less than one-fifth of the original). When driving high-impedance signal sources (e.g., photodiodes, pH electrodes), the error introduced by the bias current increases substantially, severely degrading DC accuracy. Furthermore, its ability to drive capacitive or low-impedance loads is significantly weakened and may fail to meet the original circuit's output requirements. Unless the original application is extremely sensitive to offset voltage while also featuring a very low source impedance and a very light load, this substitution introduces significant performance risks.
