1. TL062CDT Substitution Conclusion Direct substitution is not recommended. Although the TL062CDT is compatible with the AD8682ARZ in terms of package and supply voltage range, there is a significant gap in key performance parameters: its input offset voltage (3 mV) is nearly 10 times higher than that of the AD8682ARZ (350 µV), and its input bias current (30 pA) is 5 times higher. This will lead to severely degraded DC accuracy and introduce substantial errors in high‑gain or precision sensor‑amplifier circuits. Furthermore, its bandwidth (1 MHz) and slew rate (3.5 V/µs) are relatively low, resulting in poor dynamic response. This device is suitable only for non‑critical, cost‑sensitive applications with very low requirements for precision and speed.
2. TL072CDT Substitution Conclusion Substitution is possible under certain conditions, but precision limitations must be considered. The TL072CDT offers better dynamic performance than the AD8682ARZ, with higher bandwidth (4 MHz) and slew rate (16 V/µs), stronger output drive capability (40 mA), and automotive qualification (AEC‑Q100). However, its quiescent current (1.4 mA) is notably higher. The main drawback remains its input offset voltage (3 mV) and input bias current (20 pA), which are far worse than those of the AD8682ARZ, making it unsuitable for precision DC amplification. If the application focuses on AC signal processing (e.g., audio filtering), is not power‑sensitive, and can tolerate DC error trimming, substitution is feasible. If high DC accuracy is required, it is not acceptable.
