1. BA10324AFV-E2 Substitution Conclusion Not recommended as a direct substitute. The key differences lie in its significantly lower slew rate (0.2V/µs) and gain-bandwidth product (500 kHz) compared to the LM324APW (0.5V/µs, 1.2 MHz). The BA10324AFV-E2 has weaker capability for processing high-speed or high-frequency signals, which may lead to waveform distortion or performance degradation in applications requiring fast transient response or higher closed-loop bandwidth. Although its quiescent current (600µA) is substantially lower than the LM324APW's total (~5.6mA), offering a power consumption advantage, and it is compatible in supply range and input offset voltage while providing stronger output drive (35mA), these benefits do not compensate for its shortcomings in AC performance. Substitution should only be considered in scenarios with extremely low signal speed requirements, extreme power sensitivity, and very low circuit gain configurations.
2. BA2902FV-E2 Substitution Conclusion Not recommended as a direct substitute. Similar to the BA10324AFV-E2, its core deficiency is also its slew rate (0.2V/µs) and gain-bandwidth product (500 kHz), which are only half the level of the LM324APW. While its supply range and input offset voltage are compatible with the LM324APW, its quiescent current (700µA) is much lower, and its output current (30mA) is identical, these parametric matches or advantages cannot compensate for the significant compromise in dynamic performance. Unless the application circuit has very relaxed requirements for the op-amp's frequency response and slew rate, performance risks will be introduced by substitution.
