1. BA4558RF-E2 Substitution Conclusion Not viable. The BA4558RF-E2 exhibits significant performance gaps compared to the original ADTL082ARZ-REEL7. Its input bias current (60nA) is four orders of magnitude higher than the J-FET input ADTL082 (2pA), introducing substantial error in applications involving high-impedance signal sources or precision integration. Furthermore, its slew rate (1V/µs) and gain-bandwidth product (2MHz) are substantially lower than the original's specifications (20V/µs, 5MHz), severely limiting signal processing speed and large-signal frequency response. Additionally, its output drive capability (10mA) is weaker. Collectively, these differences render the BA4558RF-E2 unsuitable for the high-speed, high-input-impedance applications for which the original part was designed.
2. BA4560RF-E2 Substitution Conclusion Considerable only for non-critical applications, but with fundamental limitations requiring strict evaluation.
