As a result, the AD8613 cannot handle higher-frequency or fast-slewing signals. In applications with demanding dynamic performance—such as sensor signal conditioning or ADC driver stages—this would lead to insufficient bandwidth and signal distortion. Although the AD8613 offers advantages in input bias current (0.2 pA vs. 1 pA) and quiescent current (38 µA vs. 1.1 mA), making it more suitable for ultra-low-power or high-impedance DC applications, the fundamental shortfall in frequency response prevents it from covering the typical use cases of the original part.
