The substitution conclusion for the AD8613AUJZ-REEL7 is identical to that for the AD8613AUJZ-R2. The only distinction between these two parts is the reel packaging specification (-REEL7) versus the reel packaging with a specific quantity (-R2); their electrical parameters, silicon performance, and package are identical. Therefore, it also cannot directly replace the OPA364AIDBVTG4. The primary reason remains the substantial insufficiency of its gain bandwidth product (400 kHz) and slew rate (0.1 V/µs) compared to the original part (7 MHz, 5 V/µs), rendering it inadequate for circuits requiring bandwidth and speed.
