1. OP90GSZ-REEL Substitution Conclusion A direct substitution is entirely unfeasible, as these are fundamentally different operational amplifiers. The OP90 is a micropower op-amp (14µA) whose core advantage is its extremely low quiescent current. However, this comes at the cost of nearly all dynamic performance: its slew rate (0.012V/µs) is approximately 4600 times slower than the OPA627's (55V/µs), its output drive capability (5mA) is only one-ninth, and its input bias current (4nA) is three orders of magnitude higher than the OPA627's 2pA. The OP90 cannot handle any mid-to-high frequency or fast-changing signals without introducing severe distortion. Its weak drive capability and high input bias current would introduce significant error in high-impedance sensor signal chain applications. It is suitable only for ultra-low-power DC signal processing where extreme trade-offs between speed and power consumption are acceptable, and cannot serve as a direct replacement for the OPA627.
2. AD711KRZ-REEL7 Substitution Conclusion This device can serve as an emergency or cost-reduction substitute in applications where non-critical performance is acceptable, but it is not an ideal or equivalent replacement. Like the OPA627, the AD711 is a JFET-input op-amp, featuring an excellent input bias current (15pA) in the same order of magnitude as the OPA627 (2pA), making it suitable for high-impedance applications. Its supply voltage range is also compatible. However, its key performance specifications are comprehensively inferior: its slew rate (20V/µs) is only 36% of the OPA627's, its bandwidth (4MHz) is significantly lower, its output drive current (25mA) is smaller, and its precision (200µV offset voltage) is slightly worse. Substituting with the AD711 will result in noticeable degradation in circuit high-frequency response, large-signal handling speed, ability to drive heavy loads, and DC precision. Nevertheless, it can function adequately in general audio, medium-to-low-speed signal conditioning, and other scenarios not sensitive to ultimate performance.
