The substitution conclusion is identical to that of the HA5023IBZ. The suffix "96" typically indicates only the reel packaging specification; its electrical parameters and performance are exactly the same as those of the HA5023IBZ. The HA5023IBZ96 likewise suffers from the core issues of insufficient slew rate and output current, failing to meet the performance demands of the original part in high-speed, high-drive scenarios, and is not recommended as a direct replacement. When selecting, only differences in supply chain and packaging form need to be considered.
