1. TSV358AIDT Substitution Conclusion
Direct substitution is not recommended. While the TSV358AIDT offers superior input offset voltage (100µV vs. 600µV) and automotive-grade reliability (AEC-Q100) compared to the AD8646, its core dynamic performance parameters are vastly inferior. The gain bandwidth product (1.4 MHz vs. 24 MHz) and slew rate (0.6 V/µs vs. 11 V/µs) differ by more than an order of magnitude. When processing high-frequency or fast-changing signals, the TSV358AIDT will be severely limited, likely leading to signal distortion and sluggish response. It is entirely unsuitable for the original application scenarios that demand the specified bandwidth and speed.
2. TSV632IDT Substitution Conclusion
Direct substitution is strongly discouraged. The TSV632IDT's advantages are confined to its extremely low quiescent current (50µA vs. 1.5mA) and wider minimum operating voltage (1.5V vs. 2.7V). However, its performance degradation is more severe: the gain bandwidth product is only 880 kHz, the slew rate is as low as 0.34 V/µs, and the input offset voltage is a substantial 3 mV (five times that of the AD8646). This part is only suitable for applications that are extremely power-sensitive, process pure DC or very slowly varying signals with frequencies far below 1 MHz, and have low precision requirements. It cannot match the high-speed, high-precision performance profile of the Original Part.
