The differences lie in a slightly superior input offset voltage (2mV vs. 3mV, offering marginally improved DC accuracy) and a wider supply voltage range (6V to 36V vs. 10V to 30V). This provides better adaptability for single-supply or wide-voltage applications while remaining fully compatible within the original design's voltage range. For the vast majority of applications, the TL064BIDT can serve as a pin-compatible drop-in replacement.
