The AS358AMTR-G1 is compatible with the TL103WAID in terms of fundamental architecture, package, supply voltage range, and static power consumption. However, it exhibits a significantly higher input offset voltage (2 mV vs. 500 µV). In applications requiring high-precision signal amplification, such as sensor front-ends or precision measurement circuits, this substitution could lead to increased DC error and degraded system accuracy.
