1. Substitution Conclusion for BU7266SF-E2
The BU7266SF-E2 cannot serve as a direct replacement for the LMP2232AMAX/NOPB. While it offers marginal advantages in terms of quiescent current (700nA vs. 38µA) and minimum supply voltage, its core performance parameters are inferior by several orders of magnitude: a gain bandwidth product of only 4kHz (vs. 130kHz), a slew rate as low as 0.0024V/µs (vs. 0.048V/µs), an output drive capability of merely 4mA (vs. 30mA), and an input offset voltage as high as 1mV (vs. 10µV). The BU7266SF-E2 is only suitable for processing extremely low-frequency or DC signals. Its dynamic response is severely limited, drive capability is weak, and precision is very poor. Consequently, it completely fails to meet the application requirements of the original part in scenarios involving audio-band signal processing, moderate dynamic response, or any need for appreciable output load capability.
2. Substitution Conclusion for BU7486F-E2
The BU7486F-E2 is also not a viable direct replacement for the LMP2232AMAX/NOPB. Although it significantly outperforms the original part in speed parameters—with a gain bandwidth product of 10MHz (vs. 130kHz) and a slew rate of 10V/µs (vs. 0.048V/µs)—the two devices have fundamentally different design targets. The BU7486F-E2 has a quiescent current of 6mA, approximately 158 times that of the original part (38µA), and a minimum operating voltage of 3V (vs. 1.6V). Furthermore, its precision parameters, namely input offset voltage (1mV) and input bias current (1pA), are substantially worse than those of the original part (10µV, 0.02pA). The BU7486F-E2 achieves its high speed at the expense of ultra-low power consumption, low-voltage operation, and high precision. Deploying it in the battery-powered, low-power, high-precision measurement applications typical of the original part would lead to a drastic increase in system power consumption, a reduced usable voltage range, and degraded accuracy. Therefore, it is not a feasible substitute.
