1. BU7266FVM-TR Substitution Conclusion Direct substitution is not recommended. While the BU7266FVM-TR features an exceptionally low quiescent current (700nA), significantly outperforming the original part (19µA) in ultra-low-power consumption, its key performance parameters are critically deficient. Its gain-bandwidth product (4 kHz vs. 130 kHz) and slew rate (0.0024V/µs vs. 0.048V/µs) are far lower than those of the LMP2232, resulting in an extremely narrow signal processing bandwidth and very slow response. This makes it incapable of handling any moderately high-frequency or fast-changing signals. Furthermore, its input offset voltage (1 mV vs. 10 µV) is two orders of magnitude larger, and its output drive capability (4 mA vs. 30 mA) is substantially weaker. These shortcomings would lead to a significant degradation in system accuracy and poor load-driving performance. This device is only suitable for extremely low-frequency, ultra-low-power detection circuits where speed, precision, and drive capability are of no concern.
2. BU7486FVM-TR Substitution Conclusion Direct substitution is not recommended; careful evaluation is required. The BU7486FVM-TR significantly outperforms the original part in speed, with its gain-bandwidth product (10 MHz vs. 130 kHz) and slew rate (10V/µs vs. 0.048V/µs) being tens to hundreds of times higher, making it suitable for higher-frequency signal processing. However, this performance gain comes at the cost of core precision and power consumption: its input offset voltage (1 mV vs. 10 µV) is similarly two orders of magnitude larger, introducing significant DC error; its quiescent current (6mA vs. 19µA) increases by over 300 times, leading to a drastic rise in power dissipation; and its minimum operating voltage (3 V vs. 1.6 V) is higher, preventing its use in 1.8V to 3V low-voltage systems. This part could only be considered for applications with stringent speed requirements that can tolerate high power consumption, lower precision, and a higher operating voltage.
