1. TSV852AIDT Substitution Conclusion The TSV852AIDT is generally not a suitable direct replacement for the LMP2232BMA/NOPB, particularly in critical applications demanding high DC precision. The fundamental differences lie in the input bias current (27 nA vs. 0.02 pA, a difference exceeding a million-fold) and input offset voltage (800 µV vs. 10 µV). The TSV852AIDT introduces significantly larger input errors and temperature drift, completely forfeiting the original part's "micropower precision amplifier" characteristics. Consequently, it is unsuitable for applications such as high-impedance sensor signal conditioning or high-precision integrators. Although it offers advantages in bandwidth, slew rate, and output drive capability, along with automotive-grade qualification, these benefits do not compensate for its fundamental deficit in DC accuracy. Substitution may only be considered in non-precision circuits where accuracy requirements are minimal and dynamic response and reliability are prioritized.
2. BU7266F-E2 Substitution Conclusion The BU7266F-E2 is an exceptionally challenging direct replacement for the LMP2232BMA/NOPB, as the two devices target vastly different performance segments. The most significant differences of the BU7266F-E2 are its extremely low gain bandwidth product (4 kHz vs. 130 kHz) and slew rate (0.0024 V/µs vs. 0.048 V/µs). Its AC response is tens of times slower, essentially limiting its use to DC or ultra-low-frequency signals, resulting in severely inadequate dynamic performance. Furthermore, its input offset voltage (1 mV vs. 10 µV) is two orders of magnitude larger, indicating poor DC precision. Its sole notable advantage is lower quiescent current (700 nA vs. 38 µA). The BU7266F-E2 is only applicable in ultra-low-frequency detection scenarios that are extremely power-sensitive and have virtually no requirement for accuracy or speed. It cannot cover the application range of the original part.
