1. ADG201AKRZ-REEL Substitution Conclusion
Direct substitution is not recommended. The on-resistance (90Ω) of the ADG201AKRZ is significantly higher than that of the original part (5.3Ω), and its channel matching (4.5Ω) is poor, which will lead to greater signal attenuation and inter-channel deviation. Its switching speed (300ns/250ns) is slower and may impact performance in high-frequency or fast-switching applications. Furthermore, its single-supply voltage range (10V–15V) is narrower and cannot cover the original part's wide 12V–36V requirement, limiting its suitability for higher-voltage scenarios. Although its charge injection (20pC) and off-capacitance (5pF) are relatively low, the critical parameter differences are too significant. It may only be suitable for low-voltage, low-frequency circuits where resistance and speed are not critical.
2. ADG201HSKRZ-REEL Substitution Conclusion
Partial substitution may be possible if voltage conditions allow, but a strict evaluation is required. The on-resistance (50Ω) of the ADG201HSKRZ is still nearly ten times higher than the original part's 5.3Ω, which may introduce additional signal loss. Its advantages lie in faster switching speed (50ns/50ns) and lower charge injection (10pC), making it suitable for high-speed, low-interference applications. However, its single-supply range (10.8V–16.5V) is far narrower than the original part's 12V–36V and cannot support higher-voltage operating environments. If the application only requires medium-to-low voltage (≤16.5V) and has relaxed resistance requirements, substitution could be considered. Otherwise, a power supply redesign or an alternative part should be selected.
