1. ADG201AKRZ-REEL7 Substitution Conclusion
Direct substitution is not recommended. The on-resistance of the ADG201AKRZ (90Ω) is significantly higher than that of the original part (5.3Ω), and its channel matching error (4.5Ω) is substantially greater. This will lead to higher signal attenuation and poorer inter-channel consistency, making it particularly unsuitable for precision small-signal or low-distortion applications. Its switching speed (Ton/Toff max 300ns/250ns) is slower and may impact high-speed switching performance. Additionally, its single-supply range (10V~15V) is narrower and cannot cover the original part’s wide voltage requirement (12V~36V). Although its off-capacitance (5pF) and charge injection (20pC) are relatively low, the core parameter differences are too large. It may only be suitable for low-frequency general-purpose switching applications where on-resistance and speed are not critical.
2. DG441DYZ Substitution Conclusion
Substitution can be considered under specific conditions, but key parameter compatibility must be evaluated. The on-resistance of the DG441DYZ (85Ω) remains notably higher than the original part (5.3Ω), which will introduce additional signal loss. However, it offers very low charge injection (-1pC), excellent crosstalk performance (-100dB @ 1MHz), and supports a wide supply range (single supply 5V~34V), making it suitable for noise-sensitive applications that can tolerate higher on-resistance. Its switching time (Ton max 250ns) is relatively slow, and channel matching parameters are not specified in the datasheet—actual measurement is required to verify multi-channel consistency. If the system has relaxed requirements for on-resistance and switching speed, and emphasizes interference immunity, substitution may be considered with recalibration of the signal path.
