1. BU7266SF-E2 Substitution Conclusion Direct substitution is not recommended. The BU7266SF-E2 is an ultra-low-power (700nA) CMOS amplifier with severely limited performance. Its slew rate (0.0024 V/µs) and gain-bandwidth product (4 kHz) are orders of magnitude lower than those of the original part (11.5 V/µs, 88 MHz). It is completely unsuitable for processing high-frequency or fast-changing signals and is only applicable in static or near-DC ultra-low-power sensing scenarios. Furthermore, its output drive capability (4 mA) is significantly weaker than the original's (60 mA), and its input offset voltage (1 mV) is 100 times higher than the original's (10 µV), leading to a substantial degradation in DC accuracy. Except for extremely specific applications involving static, micropower, low-frequency detection, it cannot fulfill the role of the original part in general-purpose analog circuits such as signal conditioning, filtering, or buffering.
2. BU7486F-E2 Substitution Conclusion This device can serve as a performance-degraded alternative for substitution in certain applications, but must be used with caution. The BU7486F-E2 exhibits dynamic performance close to the original part: its slew rate (10 V/µs) is comparable to the original (11.5 V/µs), and its gain-bandwidth product (10 MHz), though only about one-ninth of the original, is still sufficient for mid-to-low frequency signals. However, its input accuracy is notably insufficient: the input offset voltage (1 mV) is 100 times worse than the original, and the input bias current (1 pA) is 10 times worse, introducing significant DC error, making it unsuitable for high-precision amplification or weak signal detection. Additionally, its output current (12 mA) is only one-fifth of the original, resulting in weak capability to drive capacitive or low-impedance loads, and its quiescent current (6 mA) is higher, presenting a clear disadvantage in power consumption. Substitution should only be considered in applications where DC accuracy is not critical, the signal bandwidth falls within the mid-frequency range, and power consumption is not a primary concern.
