It offers advantages in output drive capability (70mA) and input offset voltage (100µV). The critical differences are its higher minimum operating voltage (9V vs. OPA134's 5V), which precludes its use in low-voltage systems such as single-supply +5V or ±2.5V rails. Furthermore, its input bias current (25pA) is significantly higher than that of the OPA134 (5pA).
