1. RE46C312S8F Substitution Conclusion
Direct substitution is not recommended. The RE46C312S8F differs from the original part, the OPA2376AIDRG4, by orders of magnitude in core performance metrics. Specifically, its gain-bandwidth product is only 10 kHz and its slew rate is 0.003 V/µs, which is drastically lower than the original's 5.5 MHz and 2 V/µs. This device is completely incapable of handling any mid-frequency or fast-changing signals and is only suitable for ultra-low-frequency or DC applications. Furthermore, its input offset voltage is as high as 3 mV, which is 600 times worse than the original's 5 µV, introducing unacceptable DC error in applications requiring high-precision amplification. Although it offers advantages in ultra-low quiescent current (600nA vs. 760µA) and a wide supply voltage range, the enormous gaps in bandwidth, speed, and precision render it incapable of performing the general-purpose amplification tasks covered by the original part. Substitution would lead to severe degradation in circuit performance.
2. BU7266F-E2 Substitution Conclusion
Direct substitution is strongly discouraged. All key performance parameters of the BU7266F-E2 are significantly inferior to those of the original OPA2376AIDRG4. Its gain-bandwidth product (4 kHz) and slew rate (0.0024 V/µs) are even lower than those of the RE46C312S8F, likewise restricting its use to ultra-low-frequency signal processing near DC. More critically, its output drive capability is only 4 mA, far below the original's 50 mA. This makes it unable to drive any load with even moderately low impedance, severely limiting its application scope. While it features an extremely low quiescent current (700nA) and low input bias current (1pA), these advantages are meaningless in light of the massive shortcomings in bandwidth, speed, and output capability. It completely lacks the general-purpose amplification capability of the original part, making substitution highly unfeasible.
