1. TSV992AIYST Substitution Conclusion
The TSV992AIYST is not a suitable direct replacement for the LMP7732MME/NOPB. While the two devices are package-compatible, feature rail-to-rail output, and the TSV992AIYST offers clear advantages in slew rate (10V/µs vs. 2.4V/µs) and quiescent current (820µA vs. 10mA), along with automotive-grade qualification, its input offset voltage is significantly higher at 100µV compared to the LMP7732's 6µV. In DC precision amplification applications, such as sensor signal conditioning or precision measurement, this would introduce substantially larger DC errors, negating the core high-precision advantage of the original part. Furthermore, its minimum operating voltage of 2.5V is higher than the LMP7732's 1.8V, making it unsuitable for very low-voltage systems.
2. TSV358AIST Substitution Conclusion
The TSV358AIST is also unsuitable as a direct replacement for the LMP7732MME/NOPB. Although it is package-compatible, offers a higher output current capability (80mA vs. 49mA), and is automotive-grade qualified, its gain bandwidth product (1.4 MHz vs. 22 MHz) and slew rate (0.6V/µs vs. 2.4V/µs) are severely inadequate. This device cannot handle higher-frequency or fast-changing signals, leading to a significant reduction in system bandwidth and distortion of the dynamic response. Additionally, its offset voltage (100µV) is similarly much higher than the LMP7732's, resulting in poor DC precision performance. Its minimum operating voltage is also 2.5V, limiting its applicable voltage range.
