1. OPA2369AIDGKT Substitution Conclusion
Direct substitution is generally not recommended. There are significant differences in key dynamic performance parameters between the OPA2369AIDGKT and the LMP7732MMX. Substitution would severely degrade system bandwidth and response speed. Specifically, the OPA2369AIDGKT's gain-bandwidth product (12 kHz) is drastically lower than that of the original part (22 MHz). It can only process very low-frequency or DC signals, making it unsuitable for applications such as audio or intermediate-frequency sensor signal conditioning. Furthermore, its slew rate (0.005 V/µs) is nearly 500 times slower than the original's (2.4 V/µs), which would cause severe distortion in any rapidly changing signal. Although it offers advantages in ultra-low quiescent current (700nA vs. 5mA) and lower input bias current (10pA vs. 14nA), these benefits are only meaningful in specific scenarios with extreme power sensitivity and extremely low signal frequencies (e.g., slow sensor monitoring). For the vast majority of applications originally designed with the LMP7732, this substitution is not viable.
2. OPA2369AIDGKR Substitution Conclusion
The overall conclusion is identical to that for the OPA2369AIDGKT: direct substitution is not recommended. The OPA2369AIDGKR and OPA2369AIDGKT are identical in electrical specifications, package, and functionality. The only difference is the reel orientation ("R" indicates forward reel, "T" indicates reverse reel) to accommodate different automated placement equipment feed directions. Their technical feasibility as substitutes is therefore identical: both are unsuitable for the general-purpose, high-speed, high-precision signal processing applications targeted by the original LMP7732 (22 MHz, 2.4 V/µs) due to their extremely low bandwidth (12 kHz) and slew rate (0.005 V/µs). They may only be considered for designs with very low-frequency or DC signals and ultra-low power requirements. The choice between DGKR and DGKT depends solely on the placement equipment requirements of the production line and has no impact on circuit performance.
