1. OPA2348AIDGK Substitution Conclusion
Direct substitution is not recommended. There is an order-of-magnitude discrepancy in core performance specifications between the OPA2348AIDGK and the original LTC6247IMS8. This is primarily evident in bandwidth and speed (GBW: 1 MHz vs. 180 MHz; Slew Rate: 0.5 V/µs vs. 90 V/µs) and precision (Input Offset Voltage: 1 mV vs. 100 µV). The OPA2348AIDGK is entirely unsuitable for the high-speed, high-precision signal processing applications targeted by the original part, such as high-speed ADC driving or video processing. Its design is oriented toward micropower, low-frequency general-purpose use. Forcing a substitution would result in severely inadequate system bandwidth and significant distortion of high-speed signals.
2. TSU102IST Substitution Conclusion
Substitution is completely non-viable. The TSU102IST is an ultra-low-power, nano-ampere operational amplifier with extremely low bandwidth. Its key dynamic performance parameters (GBW: 9 kHz; Slew Rate: 0.003 V/µs) are over four orders of magnitude lower than the original part's hundreds-of-megahertz capabilities. It is suitable only for DC or very low-frequency signals, such as slow sensor signal conditioning or battery-powered monitoring circuits. It cannot process any mid- to high-frequency AC signals whatsoever; substitution would render all AC signal paths inoperative. Although its input offset voltage is comparable to the original, the extreme disparity in speed performance places it in a completely different application domain from the LTC6247.
