1. BU7266FVM-TR Substitution Conclusion
Not substitutable. This device is an ultra-low-power CMOS operational amplifier with extremely low gain-bandwidth product (4 kHz) and slew rate (0.0024 V/µs), both more than four orders of magnitude lower than those of the LTC6247 (180 MHz, 90 V/µs). It cannot handle mid-to-high-frequency signals or fast transients. Its input offset voltage (1 mV) is ten times higher than that of the LTC6247 (100 µV), resulting in significantly degraded DC accuracy. The output current (4 mA) is only 1/25 of the LTC6247’s (100 mA), leading to severely insufficient drive capability. It is only suitable for nano-power static sensing applications where speed is not a requirement.
2. BU7486FVM-TR Substitution Conclusion
Not substitutable. Although this part shows improved bandwidth (10 MHz) and slew rate (10 V/µs) compared to the BU7266, it remains far below the LTC6247 (180 MHz, 90 V/µs) and lacks sufficient capability for high-speed signal processing. The input offset voltage (1 mV) is still ten times larger than that of the LTC6247, limiting its use in high-precision applications. With an output current (12 mA) only 12% of the LTC6247’s, it may become unstable when driving capacitive or low-impedance loads. Its design is targeted for medium-speed, low-precision general-purpose CMOS op-amp applications and cannot meet the high-speed, precision requirements of the original part.
