1. TSV6192AIST Substitution Conclusion
Direct substitution is not feasible. The TSV6192AIST is an ultra-low-power CMOS operational amplifier; however, its gain bandwidth product (450 kHz) and slew rate (0.08 V/µs) are significantly lower than those of the LTC6247 (180 MHz, 90 V/µs). It cannot handle high-frequency signals or fast transient responses and is only suitable for DC or low-frequency sensing applications. Additionally, its input offset voltage (800 µV) is an order of magnitude higher than that of the original part (100 µV), leading to a notable degradation in precision. Although its quiescent current (10.5 µA) is extremely low—making it suitable for battery-powered devices—the performance gap fundamentally reflects the difference between a “low-speed, low-power” architecture and a “high-speed, precision” one. Substitution is not recommended unless the application strictly requires ultra-low power consumption and signal frequencies remain below the kilohertz range.
2. OPA2348AIDGKR Substitution Conclusion
Substitution is not recommended. The OPA2348AIDGKR is also a low-power CMOS operational amplifier. While its gain bandwidth product (1 MHz) and slew rate (0.5 V/µs) are slightly higher than those of the TSV6192AIST, they remain more than two orders of magnitude lower than the LTC6247, rendering it unsuitable for medium- to high-frequency signal processing. Its input offset voltage (1 mV) is ten times that of the original part, resulting in poor DC accuracy. Although the device offers low quiescent current (45 µA per channel) and a slightly wider supply range, the substantial gaps in key parameters—bandwidth, slew rate, and accuracy—limit its use to low-speed control or signal conditioning applications with minimal speed and precision requirements. It cannot meet the high-speed, high-precision performance needs of the original part.
