1. TSV6192AIST Substitution Conclusion Direct substitution is not viable. The TSV6192AIST is an ultra-low-power precision CMOS operational amplifier. Its bandwidth (450 kHz) and slew rate (0.08 V/µs) are significantly lower than those of the LTC6247 (180 MHz, 90 V/µs), rendering it incapable of handling high-frequency or fast transient signals. It is suitable only for DC or low-frequency sensing applications. Furthermore, its output current (63 mA) is relatively low. However, its input bias current (1 pA) and quiescent current (10.5 µA) are markedly superior to the original part, making it a good fit for battery-powered, high-impedance sensor systems. Substitution may be considered only if the application strictly requires low frequency and low power with no speed demands; otherwise, the performance gap is too substantial.
2. OPA2348AIDGKR Substitution Conclusion Direct substitution is not recommended. The OPA2348AIDGKR is also a low-power CMOS op-amp. Its bandwidth (1 MHz) and slew rate (0.5 V/µs) are orders of magnitude below the high-speed specifications of the LTC6247, making it unsuitable for high-frequency or high-speed signal conditioning. Its output current (10 mA) is also considerably lower, resulting in weaker drive capability. Its advantages lie in its extremely low input bias current (0.5 pA) and quiescent current (45 µA/channel), which suit it for low-frequency precision measurement or portable equipment. If the original design involves high-speed amplification, filtering, or signal driving, substitution would lead to severe performance degradation. Careful evaluation is warranted only for strictly low-frequency, low-power scenarios.
