Therefore, it can serve as a direct functional replacement for applications from DC up to 12 GHz. The primary distinction lies in the frequency range: the original part supports operation up to 18 GHz, whereas the FMAT7467-9 is limited to 12 GHz. If your system operates above 12 GHz (e.g., in Ku‑band applications), using the FMAT7467-9 will introduce additional insertion loss and performance degradation, potentially compromising signal integrity. Thus, it is only suitable for derated substitution in systems operating at or below 12 GHz.
