1. SA6H-01 Substitution Conclusion
The SA6H-01 can only substitute for the original part in low-frequency applications and is not suitable for high-frequency scenarios. The key discrepancy lies in its frequency range (0–6 GHz), which is significantly lower than the original part’s upper limit of 26 GHz. Between 6 GHz and 26 GHz, the SA6H-01 may exhibit severe degradation in attenuation accuracy, impedance matching, and power handling capability. This could lead to signal distortion, increased reflection, or device failure. Therefore, it is only recommended for systems with a confirmed operating frequency below 6 GHz and is not a viable substitute for broadband or high-frequency applications.
2. FMAT7467-1 Substitution Conclusion
The FMAT7467-1 offers partial substitution for the original part within the mid-frequency range but lacks full-bandwidth coverage. Although its frequency range (0–12 GHz) exceeds that of the SA6H-01, it remains well below the original part’s 26 GHz capability. Performance cannot be guaranteed in the 12 GHz to 26 GHz band. If the actual application frequency does not exceed 12 GHz and requirements for parameters such as attenuation flatness and VSWR are not stringent, cautious substitution may be considered. However, for full-band (0–26 GHz) testing or high-frequency systems, substitution carries risk due to unverified high-frequency performance.
