Beyond 3 GHz up to 12 GHz, critical performance parameters such as attenuation accuracy and impedance matching (VSWR) cannot be guaranteed. This may lead to increased signal distortion and higher reflections. Therefore, this attenuator should only be considered for low-frequency applications where the operating frequency does not exceed 3 GHz.
2. LCAT1000-10 Substitution Conclusion The LCAT1000-10 can serve as a conditional substitute for the original FMAT7467-10. The primary difference remains the frequency range: the LCAT1000-10 supports 0–6 GHz, which is narrower than the original’s 12 GHz but still covers common mid-band wireless communication frequencies. Within the 0–6 GHz range, it provides the specified 10 dB attenuation and 2 W power handling capability. However, for any system operating between 6 GHz and 12 GHz, this part is not applicable and performance will degrade.
