However, its frequency range (0 Hz to 6 GHz) is only half that of the original (0 Hz to 12 GHz). In applications exceeding 6 GHz, the performance of this attenuator cannot be guaranteed. Critical metrics like attenuation accuracy and Voltage Standing Wave Ratio (VSWR) are likely to degrade. Consequently, it is suitable only for systems operating at or below 6 GHz. Direct substitution in designs originally utilizing the 12 GHz band introduces significant performance risk.

The LCAT1001-06 similarly matches the basic parameters of attenuation, power, and impedance.
