2. FMAT1013 Substitution Conclusion
The FMAT1013 is viable as a substitute for the original LCAT1005-09 only in low-frequency applications (≤6GHz) and comes with significant limitations; it is not recommended as a general-purpose replacement. The key difference lies in its frequency range, which is limited to DC–6GHz, substantially narrower than the original part's DC–18GHz.
