The FMAT7467-8 matches the original part LCAT1005-08 in attenuation value, power handling, impedance, and connector interface. However, its operational frequency range is limited to DC–12 GHz, whereas the original part supports DC–18 GHz. If the system's signal frequency exceeds 12 GHz—as in Ku-band or certain radar and test/measurement applications—this substitute will not function properly. This may result in inaccurate signal attenuation, degraded performance, or even device damage. The FMAT7467-8 can serve as a direct replacement only when the system's maximum operating frequency is confirmed not to exceed 12 GHz; otherwise, substitution is not viable.
2. LCAT1002-08 Substitution Conclusion
The LCAT1002-08 shares identical parameters with the original LCAT1005-08 in terms of attenuation, power rating, impedance, and interface.
