Alternative Part
1. TLV2402CDGKR Substitution Conclusion
The TLV2402CDGKR is entirely unsuitable as a direct substitute for the EL5220TIYZ-T13. Although both are dual operational amplifiers with rail-to-rail output and are package-compatible, there is a gap of several orders of magnitude in their core performance specifications. The TLV2402 features a gain bandwidth product of merely 5.5 kHz, an extremely low slew rate of 0.0025 V/µs, and an output current capability of only 200 µA. This amplifier is specifically designed for ultra-low frequency, micropower (900 nA per channel) static signal processing, such as sensor buffering in battery-powered devices. Its dynamic response is exceptionally slow, and it possesses virtually no drive capability. Substituting it for the original part would cause complete failure in any application involving audio, video, data conversion, or moderate bandwidth (MHz-range) signals requiring capacitive load drive.
2. BD7562FVM-TR Substitution Conclusion
The BD7562FVM-TR is a highly selective substitute for the EL5220TIYZ-T13, viable only in specific downgraded application scenarios. While the two parts are compatible in package and rail-to-rail output capability, the BD7562 exhibits a comprehensive downgrade in key dynamic performance. Its gain bandwidth product (1 MHz) and slew rate (1 V/µs) are approximately 1/8 and 1/12 of the original part, respectively. Furthermore, its output drive capability (14 mA) is significantly weaker, and its supply voltage range (5V to 14.5V) is narrower. The BD7562 cannot handle moderate-speed signals (such as amplification or filtering in the MHz range) that the original part manages competently, and its ability to drive low-impedance loads is insufficient. Its use should be restricted to low-frequency, low-power signal conditioning applications with non-critical bandwidth and speed requirements—for instance, DC or sub-hundreds-of-kHz sensor signal processing. Any substitution must also verify that the original circuit's supply voltage and load current fall within the BD7562's operational limits.
