As a high-precision, low-bandwidth general-purpose op-amp, the AD706 is entirely incapable of handling the high-frequency signals required for audio applications. Substituting it will lead to severe attenuation of the circuit's high-frequency response, a drastic degradation in dynamic performance, and a failure to achieve the functionality of the original audio amplifier.
2. AD712KRZ-REEL Substitution Conclusion Direct substitution is not recommended. The primary issues are type mismatch and supply voltage incompatibility.
