1. AMP04FSZ-R7 Substitution Conclusion Completely infeasible and represents a major component selection error. The AMP04 is an instrumentation amplifier, not a general-purpose op-amp. Its internal architecture, operating principle, and external connection scheme (typically requiring external gain-setting resistors) are fundamentally different from the original JFET-input operational amplifier, the ISL28110. A direct pin-for-pin replacement in the circuit is impossible. The core discrepancy lies in the amplifier type, placing these ICs in entirely different functional categories. Forcing a substitution would result in a non-functional circuit.
2. ADA4610-1BRZ-R7 Substitution Conclusion This device can serve as a high-performance substitute in most application scenarios, but critical constraints must be noted. The ADA4610-1 matches or exceeds the original part in key specifications: its core architecture (JFET input, rail-to-rail output), bandwidth (16.3 MHz > 12.5 MHz), and slew rate (61 V/µs > 20 V/µs), while also featuring lower quiescent current. The differences are twofold. First, its maximum supply voltage is 30V, lower than the original's 40V rating. It is unsuitable if the existing circuit operates above 30V. Second, its input offset voltage is slightly higher (400 µV vs. 300 µV), which may introduce marginally greater error in ultra-high-precision DC amplification applications. For general-purpose, high-speed, high-input-impedance signal processing circuits operating at ≤30V, the ADA4610-1 is an excellent upgrade and replacement option.
