1. AD8512BRZ-REEL7 Substitution Conclusion
The AD8512BRZ-REEL7 can be considered a conditional substitute in many general-purpose J-FET op-amp applications. However, key differences from the original ISL28210FBZ-T13 must be carefully evaluated. The input bias current of the AD8512 (25 pA) is two orders of magnitude higher than that of the ISL28210 (0.3 pA), which may introduce significant error in high-impedance or precision integration circuits where input current sensitivity is critical. Additionally, its gain-bandwidth product (8 MHz) is slightly lower, affecting high-frequency small-signal amplification capability. Its supply voltage range (10 V to 30 V) is also narrower than that of the ISL28210 (9 V to 40 V), limiting its suitability in wide-supply applications. On the other hand, the AD8512 offers slight advantages in output current (70 mA) and offset voltage (80 µV), making it suitable for medium-to-low-speed applications requiring stronger output drive or lower DC error.
2. LM258DG4 Substitution Conclusion
The LM258DG4, as a standard bipolar op-amp, essentially lacks the capability to directly replace the ISL28210FBZ-T13 due to a generational gap in core performance. The gain-bandwidth product of the LM258 (1.1 MHz) is only about one-tenth that of the ISL28210, and its slew rate (0.3 V/µs) is two orders of magnitude lower, severely limiting its use in high-speed or fast-transient-response applications. Its input bias current (20 nA) is nearly ten thousand times higher than that of the ISL28210, rendering it completely unsuitable for high-impedance signal conditioning. Furthermore, its input offset voltage (3 mV) is ten times higher, leading to significantly reduced DC accuracy. Its sole advantages are an extended supply voltage下限 down to 3 V and extremely low quiescent current, making it applicable only in low-cost, low-power scenarios with minimal speed and precision requirements.
