1. BU7266F-E2 Substitution Conclusion Direct substitution is not recommended. While both devices share the same supply voltage range and exhibit extremely low quiescent current, there is an order-of-magnitude discrepancy in key dynamic performance parameters: the BU7266F-E2 features a gain-bandwidth product of only 4kHz and a slew rate of merely 0.0024V/µs, which is far inferior to the original part's 2MHz and 1V/µs. Consequently, it can only process extremely low-frequency or slowly varying signals and is unsuitable for any application requiring a specific frequency response or speed. Furthermore, its output drive capability (4mA) is significantly weaker than that of the original part (22mA), and its input offset voltage (1mV) is less precise. The BU7266F-E2 is only applicable in specific scenarios with extreme power consumption constraints and where signals are ultra-low frequency or DC. It cannot serve as a direct replacement for the ISL28213FBZ-T13 in general-purpose amplification applications.
2. BU7266SF-E2 Substitution Conclusion The conclusion is identical to that for the BU7266F-E2: direct substitution is not recommended. The BU7266SF-E2 shares all electrical characteristics with the BU7266F-E2, including the same limited gain-bandwidth product of 4kHz and slew rate of 0.0024V/µs. This similarly results in a fundamental difference in signal processing bandwidth and speed compared to the original part (2MHz, 1V/µs), rendering it incapable of performing the AC or dynamic signal conditioning functions required in the original design. Its shortcomings in output current and offset voltage are also present. These two parts can be considered different versions of the same part (likely differing only in packaging or some non-critical characteristics). Regarding their feasibility as substitutes for the original part, the assessment is consistent: they are only suitable for specific ultra-low-frequency, micropower circuits and lack general-purpose substitutability.
