In applications requiring high DC precision, such as sensor amplification and precision measurement, this would introduce substantial error, completely negating the core advantage of the original zero-drift amplifier. Furthermore, its minimum operating voltage is higher (2.7V vs. 1.8V), making it incapable of supporting the low-voltage operating range of 1.8V to 2.7V.
