1. BD7562FVM-TR Substitution Conclusion Direct substitution is not recommended. While the BD7562FVM-TR offers significantly superior performance compared to the original part (slew rate of 1V/µs vs. 0.08V/µs, bandwidth of 1MHz vs. 200kHz), key differences preclude a drop-in replacement in the existing design. The most critical limitation is its supply voltage range (5V to 14.5V). The original AD8546ARMZ-R7 supports voltages as low as 2.7V, rendering the BD7562FVM-TR non-operational in common 3.3V or single-cell battery-powered systems. Furthermore, its quiescent current (900µA) is substantially higher than the total for the original dual-channel device (36µA), which is unacceptable for applications prioritizing low power consumption. This substitute is only suitable for scenarios demanding higher speed and bandwidth, where the supply voltage is sufficiently high and power consumption is not a primary concern.
2. TLV2402QDGKRQ1 Substitution Conclusion Substitution is possible only under specific conditions and requires careful evaluation. The key differences between the TLV2402QDGKRQ1 and the original part lie in its ultra-low power consumption versus its extremely low bandwidth/speed. Its quiescent current (1.8µA per dual channel) is an order of magnitude lower than the original, and it offers automotive-grade reliability, which are significant advantages. However, its gain-bandwidth product (5.5kHz) and slew rate (0.0025V/µs) are several tens of times lower than the original. Its output drive capability (200µA) is also considerably weaker. This device can only process very slowly varying signals and cannot drive any circuit with a meaningful load requirement. It is only suitable for applications with extremely low signal frequencies (e.g., <100Hz), extreme power consumption requirements (e.g., multi-year battery life), and very light loads. It cannot handle the typical bandwidth applications covered by the original design.
