Based on a comparison of key technical parameters, the ADG201AKRZ-REEL7 cannot serve as a direct replacement for the DG201HSDY-T1-E3. While the two devices are compatible in package and basic functionality, they exhibit significant differences in critical performance specifications. These differences may lead to degraded system performance or operational failure.
The core discrepancies are as follows: The on-resistance of the ADG201 (90Ω) is substantially higher than that of the original part (50Ω), which will increase signal path voltage drop and distortion.
