1. LT1124AIS8TRPBF Substitution Conclusion This part is not recommended as a direct substitute, primarily due to two critical limitations. First, its minimum operating voltage of 8V is significantly higher than the original part's 4.5V, rendering it inoperable in low-voltage systems such as single-supply 5V or ±2.5V rails. Second, its input bias current (7 nA) and input offset voltage (20 µV) are substantially worse than the original specifications (1 nA, 10 µV). In signal conditioning applications demanding high precision and high input impedance, these parameters will introduce greater DC error and temperature drift, degrading overall system accuracy.
