1. FMAT7466-1 Substitution Conclusion The FMAT7466-1 can conditionally replace the original part FMAT7620-1. The core difference lies in their operating frequency ranges: the original part covers DC to 18 GHz, whereas the FMAT7466-1 is limited to DC to 12 GHz. If the application’s maximum operating frequency remains below 12 GHz (e.g., primarily within C-band, X-band, and lower), the FMAT7466-1 is fully compatible in key performance parameters such as attenuation, power handling, and impedance matching, and can be used as a direct substitute. However, if the system operates within the 12–18 GHz range (e.g., Ku-band applications), the FMAT7466-1 will not function properly or will fail to meet performance specifications, and therefore cannot be used as a replacement.
2. SA6H-01 Substitution Conclusion The SA6H-01 is generally not a suitable substitute for the original FMAT7620-1. Its primary technical limitation is again the operating frequency range: the SA6H-01 supports only DC to 6 GHz, significantly lower than the 18 GHz upper limit of the original part.
