1. LMV324ID Substitution Conclusion
The LMV324ID is generally compatible with the AD8544WARZ-R7 in terms of package, number of channels, supply voltage range, and output type. However, its input bias current (15 nA) is significantly higher than that of the original device (4 pA), which may introduce considerable error in applications sensitive to input current, such as high-impedance sensor interfaces or precision integrator circuits. Additionally, its quiescent current (410 μA) is approximately nine times that of the original part, leading to a substantial increase in system power consumption and making it unsuitable for battery-powered or low-power designs. The offset voltage is slightly higher (1.7 mV) but generally acceptable. If the application is not sensitive to power consumption and input current, and cost is a primary consideration (TI devices typically offer better pricing), the LMV324ID can serve as a functional replacement.
2. TS1854IDT Substitution Conclusion
While the TS1854IDT supports a wider supply voltage range (1.8 V to 6 V) and offers slightly higher output current capability, its gain-bandwidth product (630 kHz) and slew rate (0.25 V/µs) are lower than those of the original device (1 MHz, 0.92 V/µs). This may limit performance in high-frequency signal processing or fast transient applications, resulting in insufficient bandwidth or slower dynamic response. Furthermore, its input bias current (16 nA) is considerably higher than the original part, similarly making it unsuitable for high-precision, low-current sensing scenarios. Although its quiescent current (162 μA) is lower than that of the LMV324ID, it remains 3.6 times higher than the original device. If the application is limited to low-frequency, non-precision measurements and requires a wider supply voltage range, the TS1854IDT may be considered as a substitute, provided its dynamic performance is verified to meet the system requirements.
