1. MAX4322ESA+ Substitution Conclusion Direct substitution is not recommended. The MAX4322ESA+ is a standard operational amplifier, with an input offset voltage of 700µV—more than three orders of magnitude greater than the 0.2µV of the ISL28134. Its input bias current (50nA) is also significantly higher than that of the original part (120pA). In applications requiring high DC precision and measurement of minute signals, such as sensor front-ends or precision instrumentation, it would introduce non-negligible static error and temperature drift, thereby forfeiting the core "zero-drift" value of the original part. While its bandwidth and slew rate are marginally higher, they do not compensate for this fundamental deficiency in critical precision parameters.
2. MCP6V28T-E/SN Substitution Conclusion This can serve as a viable alternative, provided system constraints such as voltage range are confirmed. The MCP6V28T-E/SN shares the same zero-drift amplifier architecture as the original part, ensuring similarly low offset and drift characteristics. The key differences are: its input offset voltage (2µV) is slightly higher than the original part's 0.2µV, though it remains excellent for the vast majority of high-precision applications; its gain-bandwidth product (2 MHz) and slew rate (1V/µs) are somewhat lower, resulting in slightly reduced dynamic response; and its upper supply voltage limit (5.5V) is lower than the original part's 6V, a system constraint that must be verified first during replacement. Overall, it is a functionally and performance-equivalent substitute.
