1. TL082CMX/NOPB Substitution Conclusion The TL082CMX/NOPB can serve as a direct drop-in replacement in most general-purpose applications. However, its key limitations include an input offset voltage as high as 5 mV—25 times that of the OPA2130—and input bias current an order of magnitude larger. These characteristics result in significantly degraded performance in DC accuracy and low-current signal processing, making it unsuitable for circuits where low error is critical, such as high-precision amplification or precision sensor interfaces. Additionally, its supply range is specified as a single 36 V rail (typically ±18 V), losing the flexibility of the OPA2130, which operates down to ±2.25 V (4.5 V) single/dual supply. On the positive side, the TL082 offers higher slew rate and gain-bandwidth product, making it better suited for medium- to high-speed signal processing.
2. TL062CD Substitution Conclusion The TL062CD may be considered as a substitute only in extremely low-power applications, as its quiescent current is roughly one-third that of the OPA2130. Its main technical constraints, however, lie in precision parameters: input offset voltage (3 mV) and bias current (30 pA) are considerably worse than those of the OPA2130, likewise failing to meet requirements for precision amplification. Furthermore, its supply range is narrowed to 10 V to 30 V, incompatible with the OPA2130’s wider 4.5 V–36 V range. This notably prevents its use in lower-voltage 5 V single-supply systems. Slew rate and bandwidth remain comparable to the original part.
