1. LT1495IS8TRPBF Substitution Conclusion This part is not suitable as a direct substitute for the LM7322QMAX/NOPB. While both are package-compatible and have partially overlapping supply voltage ranges, there are fundamental differences in their core performance parameters. The LT1495's gain-bandwidth product (2.7 kHz) and slew rate (0.001 V/µs) are three to four orders of magnitude lower than those of the original part (20 MHz, 18 V/µs). Consequently, the LT1495 is only capable of processing DC or extremely low-frequency signals and is completely inadequate for the medium-frequency or high-speed signal amplification tasks for which the LM7322 was designed. Its primary advantages lie in its extremely low quiescent current (1 µA per channel) and input bias current (25 pA). This makes it a specialized choice for applications that are critically sensitive to power consumption or require high-impedance sensing, such as battery-powered instruments or sensor interfaces, rather than a general-purpose replacement.
2. LT1495CS8TRPBF Substitution Conclusion This part is also unsuitable as a direct substitute for the LM7322QMAX/NOPB. It shares the same ultra-low bandwidth and slew rate characteristics as the LT1495IS8TRPBF and therefore similarly fails to meet any speed requirements of the original part. Its main distinction from the "I" version is a higher typical input bias current (250 pA vs. 25 pA), which may introduce greater error in ultra-low current applications demanding the highest DC precision. However, this difference does not alter the fundamental conclusion that it cannot replace a high-speed operational amplifier. Its intended application is similarly as an op-amp designed specifically for ultra-low-power, low-frequency circuits, and it cannot be used in circuits requiring the performance of the LM7322.
