The AD8662ARZ-REEL7 can serve as a high-performance upgrade replacement for the LMC6062IMX/NOPB in certain applications, but it is not a direct, drop-in pin-compatible substitute. Feasibility depends critically on the core requirements of the original design. The AD8662 significantly outperforms the LMC6062 in speed (100x higher slew rate, 40x higher bandwidth), drive capability (4x stronger output current), and precision (lower offset voltage).
