The LMV721IDCKR can serve as a full drop-in replacement for the LMV721M5X/NOPB, as their core performance parameters are identical. The only differences lie in the package and the maximum supply voltage: the LMV721IDCKR comes in an SC-70-5 package (which is smaller than the SOT-23-5) and has a maximum supply voltage of 5V (compared to 5.5V for the original part). If the actual application operates at or below 5V and the PCB layout can accommodate the smaller footprint, direct substitution is acceptable. However, note that the package size difference may require adjustments to the assembly process. If the supply voltage needs to approach 5.5V, this substitution is not viable.
