1. BU7266F-E2 Substitution Conclusion
Not a direct replacement. The BU7266F-E2 is an ultra-low-power, low-frequency CMOS operational amplifier. Its gain-bandwidth product (4 kHz) and slew rate (0.0024 V/µs) are significantly lower than those of the LMV722 (10 MHz, 5.25 V/µs). It cannot handle mid-to-high frequency signals or fast-changing waveforms and is only suitable for static applications such as DC or very low-frequency sensor signal conditioning. Additionally, its output current (4 mA) is notably lower than that of the original part (52.6 mA), resulting in weak drive capability. Its input offset voltage (1 mV) is also an order of magnitude higher than that of the LMV722 (80 µV), leading to poorer accuracy. However, if the application strictly requires ultra-low quiescent current (700 nA) and a wide minimum supply voltage (1.8 V), with no demand for speed, accuracy, or drive strength, it could be considered as a targeted substitute.
2. BU7486F-E2 Substitution Conclusion
Substitution is possible in some scenarios, but key limitations must be noted. The BU7486F-E2 is comparable to the LMV722 in terms of gain-bandwidth product (10 MHz) and slew rate (10 V/µs), making it suitable for medium-speed signal processing within a similar frequency range. However, its input offset voltage (1 mV) is more than ten times higher than that of the LMV722 (80 µV), which may introduce significant error in applications requiring high DC accuracy. Its output current (12 mA) is only about one-quarter that of the LMV722, providing insufficient drive capability for high loads. Furthermore, its minimum operating voltage is 3 V (compared to 2.2 V for the LMV722), limiting its use in low-voltage applications. If the application has low requirements for input accuracy and load drive, and the supply voltage remains above 3 V, it can serve as a functionally similar alternative.
