1. LMV822AIDT Substitution Conclusion
Feasibility is conditional substitution. The LMV822AIDT exhibits significantly inferior key dynamic performance compared to the original part: its gain bandwidth product (5.5 MHz vs. 10 MHz) and slew rate (1.9 V/µs vs. 5.25 V/µs) are both approximately half that of the original. This results in insufficient bandwidth and response speed when processing high-frequency signals or fast transients, potentially leading to signal distortion or extended settling time. Furthermore, its input offset voltage (800 µV vs. 80 µV) is ten times higher, which may introduce unacceptable error in amplification circuits demanding high DC precision, such as sensor signal conditioning. Its primary advantages lie in an extremely low quiescent current (300 µA/ch vs. 2.01 mA/ch), offering a significant power consumption benefit, and possession of AEC-Q100 automotive-grade qualification. Substitution should only be considered for low-frequency applications where speed and precision are not critical, but ultra-low power consumption or automotive certification is paramount.
2. TSV852AIDT Substitution Conclusion
Feasibility is essentially non-direct substitution. The performance parameters of the TSV852AIDT differ drastically from the original part: its gain bandwidth product (1.3 MHz) and slew rate (0.7 V/µs) are merely about 13% of the original specifications, respectively. It is entirely incapable of handling the moderate bandwidth or fast-slewing applications for which the original design was intended, being suitable only for low-frequency or DC signal processing below the audio range. While its input bias current (27 nA) and quiescent current (130 µA/ch) are exceptionally low, offering outstanding ultra-low-power performance, its critical input offset voltage (800 µV) is similarly poor. It cannot serve as a direct replacement unless the original circuit is extremely insensitive to bandwidth and speed, and the primary design goal is micropower operation.
