1. FMAT7467-3 Substitution Conclusion
Provided that brand preference and minor package size differences are disregarded, the FMAT7467-3 can serve as a conditional substitute for the original AT-103V part. The key distinction lies in its upper frequency limit of 12 GHz, which is lower than the original's 18 GHz specification. If the operating frequency of your application system or test scenario does not exceed 12 GHz, the FMAT7467-3 meets the requirements for core parameters such as attenuation value, power handling capability, and impedance. Conversely, if the system involves signals within the 12 GHz to 18 GHz band, this part will be unsuitable due to a significant increase in insertion loss and degradation in attenuation accuracy.
2. FMAT1010 Substitution Conclusion
The FMAT1010 is generally not a direct substitute for the original AT-103V part. The most critical technical discrepancy is its maximum frequency range of only 6 GHz, substantially lower than the original part's 18 GHz. The FMAT1010 is only suitable for applications in the mid-to-low frequency range (≤6 GHz), such as common cellular communications and Wi-Fi. If deployed at higher frequencies, its performance will severely degrade. It will not only fail to provide the specified 3dB attenuation accurately but may also introduce high VSWR due to impedance mismatch, compromising system signal integrity. Therefore, it is not recommended for use in broadband (DC-18 GHz) scenarios as required by the original design.
